Description by Estudio Arqtipo GU 2787 is a building of horizontal property with six housing units, in a small lot of 8.66×16, located in the neighborhood of Agronomy. It is located in an atypical block, in front of the Francisco Beiró Station of the F.F.C.C. Urquiza. The lot possesses the limitations of the R2 B2 zoning, of a low residential fabric, which has the possibility of building in the entire property. Interior design project for a rural house in the Venetian countryside (Italy), built in the ealy 1900s and restored in the early 2000s. The project, designed for the fuctional needs and aestheric tastes of the client, enhances the recycled materials used in the restoration, as the oak beams and the original structural walls in stone and brick, with the use of simple and elegant materials and shades, applied to pure geometric shapes. The Nest is a family home tucked away on a large bush block that combines an enviable combination of city views and an acreage lifestyle within the inner-city of Brisbane, Australia. The house draws its inspiration from modern roots, expressed through the juxtaposition of heavy vertical and light horizontal planes. Clients and Architects also agreed to use brick as the main material of the Flick House, because it was felt to have a humble and warm philosophy.
