3 Patios House is a modern two-story house located in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico, designed in 2018 by Once Once Arquitectura . Description Casa 3 Patios was a project assignment for a Client to live the house with her teenage son. The program was to design a modern home that could be enjoyed in different ways in its interior and exterior spaces, to provide solutions for climatic comfort with passive and active energy systems, enhance state of the art sustainable solutions, and to be of commercially attractive if wanted to be sold. We decided to approach the program creating a big central patio fully covered of a red Mexican granite stone, Porfido, mostly used as a floor finish in colonial plazas and courtyards to give authenticity and character. Description Villa Draman is a place that welcomes its guests with intense plants and water sounds coming from the small waterfall. This lovely weekend house located in Nové Hamry, Czech republic, has been designed in 2021 by New How Architects . Description The house is only a few meters from the edge of the forest, from where it grows up towards the tops of spruces. Nestled among the trees, almost hidden compared to other white plaster houses next door, it almost looks as if it has been swallowed up by forests… The design is based on the local nature and color, in which you can find all shades of gray. You can see gray in the shades of trees, in granite and basalt rocks, and even in the dark green needles and trunks of the local spruces, which are so typical of the forests of the Ore Mountains. From the beginning, it was clear that the facade and roof of the holiday home should be covered with aluminum in a similar dark color. House Oz is an inspiring two-story house located in Muğla, Turkey, designed in 2019 by Emre Acar . Description House OZ is located in Aktur Tourism Complex in Datça. The Complex has preserved its spatial value for more than forty years. It’s designed like a traditional rural campus with its social and public elements. Although it preserves its architectural value in the scale of the layout, it has been revised by the users due to the wear of the building-scale materials over time. Aktur Homes have preserved its originality from the date of its first construction to the present day. For this reason, designing the interventions following the original has been the priority in the re-designing process. In line with the family’s demands to spend the winter season here, the adaptation of the building to climatic conditions has also become a design element in the process. The current house is a medium-sized house with a living room, kitchen, courtyard, and two bedrooms. The
