This house that is in feature today is perhaps one of the most compact three-bedroom bungalows that we have posted so far. Its total floor area is 77 square meters or that is 11 x 7 meters. It is quite small for a three bedroom house! However, the concept of minimalism was employed here. Form follows function principle – the size and shape of the house is just enough for a standard bedroom.
With this perspective, the use of glass doors and windows make the house look very attractive to its viewers. The glass makes the interior of the house bright and that means that you won’t need lighting during daytime. These big windows are also a good source of ventilation to keep the house cool and fresh.
The floor layout looks tidy and orderly. The placement of the bedrooms are great while the living room, dining, and the kitchen are also situated strategically. There are two toilets and there is an open space outside for a parking or for a small gathering.
This house can be built with a budget of USD 38,000 or Php 1.8M. But of course, this is just an estimate. The total cost would still depend on how simple or how well you want your house to be finished.
