Contemporary Three-bedroom Bungalow with a Hip Roof

Lately while I was driving, I passed by a subdivision and I had to stop to take pictures of the houses that I saw. There was one bungalow that really got my attention.  It was not really the most fabulous bungalow I have ever seen but it certainly is pretty! What attracted me most is its simplicity and the perfect color combination that was used to paint its exterior. 

Well, to give you an idea, the bungalow looks like this design that we are showing you today.  Let’s check it out.

Like many designer say, “White is always classic and timeless” and so is this bungalow whose exterior is painted with white and accented with dark brown trimmings and roof.  Its roof style is a simple hip roof which is just fitting for this rectangular bungalow.  

The largest benefit of a hip roof is its resistance to wind and water.  Because all sides of the roof are sloping to the ground, the water is easily drained and it is strong enough to wrestle with the wind.

The layout of the floor plan is quite coordinated.  The living, dining and the kitchen are situated in a free-flowing area without a divider giving the impression of a wide space.  The three rooms are located in the right places.
