This design features a lot of straight lines as seen on its balustrade, window frames, trimmings and the vertical elements that are placed on each side of the facade.

White and brown paint color complement each other to give a classic timeless appeal.

There is no carport in this design but there is a lot of open space in front of the house, which can be used as the parking area. A separate garage may be made in case it is not built with the structure.

The house is elevated 6 steps higher and there is an extended veranda for a more spacious relaxing area. The layout of the house is quite pleasing except that the dining and the kitchen are not visible here. The dining can share with the living room like most compact bungalows.

In layouts where the kitchen is now included, it is always suggested that it may be built separately, especially for homeowners who prefer a dirty kitchen.
