This is another split-level or 1.5 storey house design that we are featuring for your inspiration. Many split-level designs have been featured in the past. If you have not accessed those posts but is intereted with it, then you better check this one out!
Split-level house or 1.5 storeys are actually designed like a bungalow with one half of it having an upper storey like the one you see in this post. One half of one third of the house has a upper level while the main level looks like a bungalow.
The living room, dining and kitchen, a common toilet, and sometimes one bedroom is placed in the main level of the house. The bedrooms are located upstairs with a balcony. This is the usual design of split-level houses. However, in other designs, there is a basement that is used as a storage, or the kitchen and the laundry area may be placed there.
This house is already finished with functional toilets and kitchen. Though furnishings and appliances are not complete yet, it can already be occupied because all the needed facilities are already installed. To build a simple two-bedroom house like this, you need a budget of USD 40,000 or Php 2M
