Cozy one-bedroom house, anyone?

Just lately, I have noticed that most of my friends on Facebook are talking about mobile houses and one-bedroom houses.  They have been so fascinated with the coziness and the comfortability that a small house can give.

When asked why they prefer to live in a small house, they would quip “because it is practical”! Well, indeed, it is practical living in a small house.  A house is where we spend our life after work.  IT is a place where we sleep and have rest, away from the pressures of office works.  So, if your requirement of a house is that it has space for you to have rest and sleep, then why need a big house?

This is a one-bedroom house constructed for a client who just wish to have her own place to stay and to have some independence and privacy.  She said she does not want to have many stuffs and would like to live with just what she needs. Therefore, this small house with one bedroom is just right for her.

Though small, it has complete facilities. It has a living room, a dining area and a kitchen, a bathroom and even a small porch and enough yard to accommodate a car soon if she intends of buying.

To construct this small house you need a budget of USD 12,000 or that is about Php 600,000 – this is the budget for a simple finished state and is livable with electricity and water system.
